As one of the organisations selected to participate in the inaugural edition, you will shortly receive an invitation to apply for the award categories of your choice. The invitation will include the application link, eligibility details, and guidance to help you complete your submission. To support participants throughout the application process, we will also be hosting two awareness sessions to provide an overview of the Visitor Experience Awards, walk through the application process, explain the evaluation criteria, and answer any questions you may have. While attendance is optional, we strongly encourage you to join one of the sessions. 
Awareness Sessions Session 1: Monday 27 July | 3 p.m. Please note that both sessions will cover the same content. The second session has been scheduled for participants who are unable to attend the first. |
